Hi, I’m Mrunal Diwan,

I am a Nutritionist, Yoga coach and a Yoga Therapist. I’ve always found health to be one of my top priorities even before I chose it as a path of life. Fitness has taken many shapes and forms in my life may it be gym, swimming, badminton, running or yoga but the most lasting, effective and heart touching experience has been with Yoga, from the very first class my Mother took me to while in school uptill now.

Aarogyami is a Health Platform that looks at health as a culmination of all daily human experiences and choices hence when it comes to solving related problems we take a comprehensive view and provide a path ahead.

Health is as simple or complex as one makes it. Simply put I believe in 3 pillars of health viz. Diet-Physical Activity-Lifestyle. Working on all 3 in parallel gives the best resuts. Slow and consistent transformation is the most sustainable one.
