Nutrition Coaching is where you learn the hows, whats, whens of Food and its direct impact on the body. You can choose the period of plan and we take on the fitness journey together thereafter.

Participant’s Journey :

  • Choose the Nutrition Plan

  • In the first appointment, we understand your current habits, lifestyle, medical history, reports, and health issues if any

  • In the second appointment, scheduled a week later, I provide guidance on the suggested nutrition plan and help design a fitting daily schedule to align with it.

  • Based on the choice of plan further appointments will be booked.

1) Mini Plan: 2 Appointments

2) 1 Month Plan: 4 Appointments

3) 3 Months Plan: 8 Appointments

4) 6 Months Plan: 14 Appointments

Yoga lessons

Choose Your Batch:

  1. Yoga Group Lessons : 5 Days per week(Mon- Fri) /Any 3 Days a week (1 Hour /Day)

  2. Yoga Personal Lessons (Contact us for details)

  3. Dhyan Lessons (Meditation) : 2 Days/ Week

  4. Pranayam Lessons (Breathwork) : 3 Days/ Week

To set a foot on the path of self discovery yoga provides us with several tools and techniques. During our lessons I introduce these various techniques progressively, aligning with your physical, mental, and spiritual readiness.


Yoga therapy

Yoga, rooted in the Traditional Indian Science, recognizes the 'Panchakosha' or five states of being. The "Integrative Approach of Yoga Therapy" carefully addresses ailments by considering all these states, blending traditional yogic wisdom with modern scientific approaches.

  • Join the High Intensity Exercise Batch + Yoga Lessons as and when suggested.

  • This is a 6-month journey with 20 appointments and daily fitness classes (Exercise/Yoga - 5 days/week). We guide you in understanding vital health aspects, work together to achieve agreed goals through nutritional, habitual, and lifestyle changes, and empower you for self-sufficient future health management.
